This first draft, dated May 10, 1989, is bound in a 3 ring, black hardcover binder bearing the title, INDUSTRIAL LIGHT & MAGIC on the front. Industrial Light & Magic is the special effects company founded by George Lucas in 1975. Page 2 of this 133 page screenplay is titled, Secret Journal PT.2 with instructions on making & submitting suggestions directly on the manuscript. There is a computer graphics divider page from ILM & a title page from the first draft of the screenplay WALL STREET by Stanley Weiser & Oliver Stone in the back of this binder.
