The owners of this estate have to have the contents of the house cleaned out shortly after this sale.
Therefore there is NO EXCEPTIONS to this pick up date and time.
Any items not picked up on this day within the time will be considered forfeited without refund.

The ONLY shipping available for this auction are for auction lots containing the following items -

If you would like to have a lot containing one of these items shipped, please contact Matthew Panettieri to make shipping arrangements.
