From the Manufacturers: The Quantum Fitness Seated Leg curl/Leg Extension combo unit is medical grade with a small foot print and multiple adjustable settings for all users. It has a nice natural movement that allows for maximum muscle range of motion. The hand grips and foot platform are angled to keep joints in a neutral position, reducing joint stress and maximizing a safe workout experience. The counter-balanced movement arm minimizes starting resistance. The indexed starting range of motion is adjustable in 10° increments.
