Oversized Easy Chair

This is a large, camel colored faux leather chair on brown wood base, base removes for transport. This is a fairly heavy chair with reversible seat cushion, in good condition, could use some cleaning. Some minor dirt spots to the back which we believe will clean off, arms appear to be in very good condition, one has a minor paint spot that should come off easily. The rear has a tear that is not visible from the front - see photo. Underneath the seat cushion needs some significant cleaning, looks like a pen may have leaked and there is dust and debris, but this is not visible during normal use. Wooden base has scuffs and dings from age and use.
