Item Description

in general this sofa is in good used condition
one of the cushions has a small rip, and there was a down pour last night
so the cushions have wet spots and some stains
rattan frame is in solid and sturdy condition
still has lots of life left, it does have 2 spots of damage (shown in pictures)
still is structurally sound
88 in wide x 31 1/2 in deep x 30 1/2 in tall
seat height is 19 in tall with cushions
includes a protective cover ( not sure it belongs with it, it may be too big but it works
