* masks must be worn by all bidders picking up items
* please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and any other bidders
* please bring your own pen to sign your invoice

Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup. We charge a flat $20 cash fee per lot for anyone who needs help with large items.
Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT be Provided upon pickup.
