Item Description

Gorgeous Worcester gold- gilded and footed Soup Tureen with a peonies motif. With claw-foot dragon top lid handle & two side elephant handles. Appears to be Asian inspired. Crisp colors and lovely presence on display or put to use. See photos for closer look. Maker's mark on inside of lid and bottom of tureen.

Dimensions:
16 x 18.50 x 6 inches high for tureen alone -- with lid is 9.75 inches high.

Notes: Some gold patina loss on handle elephant heads, rim of lid & corner of one foot; appears has small chip on rim lid repair. Please see photos.

Condition

Consistent with age and use.
