This design is identical to one on Chairish that is a pitcher/Vase Marked T&V over Limoges France for Tressemann and Vogt, Mark 7, ca. 1892-1907.

The lamp was added at a future time. But the pitcher is A fabulous 16 1/2" handpainted tankard design with beautiful blackberries and blossoms among the vines and gilded trim. Expertly painted with shadings and highlights drawing attention to the beautiful berries. It is truly a work of art!
