Since the majority of orders recently have been shipping there will only be a 3 hr local pick up window on Thursday July 13th, 11-2pm.

SHIPPING;
Shipping is a flat rate of $13 for 1-20 lots of jewelry.(regardless of quantity of pieces in those lots.)
Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for 20+ lots of jewelry. (regardless of quantity of pieces in those lots.)

Larger bulk items such as Jewelry boxes, bulk craft jewelry by weight displays or racks and clothing are excluded from the listed shipping flat rate and will require a custom quote due to specific size and weight requirements for postage. The auction manager will provide shipping quote on orders that include the excluded flat rate items.

Shipping must be paid directly to the auction manager Shawn through 1 of the following 3 ways:

Shipping is not included on your invoice and you will not receive a second invoice for the shipping. Payment for shipping should be sent directly to auction manager Shawn via any of the 3 ways listed. You will not be contacted with a shipping invoice unless you have an item requiring a custom quote. Shipping must be paid within 5 days of Auction close, which means items will be considered abandoned on Sunday 7/16/23.

Orders will be packaged and shipped in the order in which the payments are received. You can Pay your shipping directly after auction close and you'll be at the head of the line when we start packaging.
If someone else is paying for your shipping or your name does not match the name on the invoice with Clearing house it is your responsibility to inform auction manager. Please reference your order by your Full Name, DO NOT use the invoice number. Orders will ONLY be shipped to the address on file with Clearing House and emailed forms of postage will not be accepted.
