Oak Halltree With Nautical Decor

This lot includes a large hall tree - has storage under the seat and four hooks, with seat cushion and two pillows. Also includes all the decor shown: one painted slate welcome sign, a cute woven anchor purse, three lighthouse porcelain plates (no chips or cracks), and three small lighthouse figurines. (Contents under seat not included.) Everything appears in great condition except stains and wear on seat (see photos). This is very heavy (bring help)!
