No. 1 Taylor Cook Penguin Doorstop, Dated 1930, Very Rare

I think this is a taylor cook penguin doorstop. It is marked properly and matches my reference book. Dimensions seem correct as well, measures 9 3/8" height, 5 3/8" width. Heavy solid piece. The paint and rust doesnt look right, but it could be due to where it was stored. I found this in the basement, and it was used to weigh down a sump pump hose, so it got wet frequently and rusted. Please view pictures closely, I am not 100% sure if this is real vs reproduction.
