Item Description

This vintage French poster is an example of "Affiche Artistique", advertising the La Samaritaine theater performance of Sarah Bernhardt. The artist is Alphonse Mucha, published in 1897.
The stamp in French shown in pic. #6 says "Cette Affiche Ne Pouvant" translated in English "This poster cannot"... I can't figure out the rest.
Dimensions: 25 1/2"W x 64 1/2"H
Condition: poster was not inspected out of the frame - appears to be in good condition.
