PLEASE NOTE: On the sale pick up day we will have some people to help with the bigger pieces - please make sure you have the proper size transportation for any items you bid on as some pieces are very large and heavy. The driveway and road space is limited so we will be assigning times for pick up. Please arrive as close to possible to your designated pick-up window. Please keep this in mind when placing your bids and make sure you are available for pick up at the designated pick up time, as any items not claimed at designated time will be considered forfeited. All winners will receive the pick up address once their bid has been processed.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup. • Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
