Very cool - rare - midcentury coffee or cocktail table by Drexel Heritage with a hexagonal shape featuring a mock slate top (make no mistake, this is as heavy as slate, bring help to move!) and a unique and striking oil rubbed bronze finish metal spiral design base trimmed with oak. This table is stamped underneath the top on the wood base Drexel 482-205-3 (model number) with the date 8/69. I have currently only been able to find two for sale online, one in Ohio listed for $799 and one in South Carolina listed for $1795 to give an indication of the rarity and approximate market value of the piece.
High bidder must come prepared on designated pickup day/time with the necessary labor/materials to move this piece (in other words you must have two or more people capable of moving said piece) as well as any equipment like dollies, hand-trucks, moving blankets and the like. There is a wheelchair ramp at the front of the house that will come in handy to move - otherwise no stairs.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. If you do not see something in a photo or description in regards to condition or details do not assume it is perfect/undamaged/working. ASK BEFORE BIDDING! All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE-IS. While CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, THE ABSENCE OF THESE DESCRIPTIONS OR CONDITIONS MUST NOT BE TAKEN TO IMPLY THAT THE LOT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. Most of the items CHES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. NO RETURNS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES.
