Awesome vintage Paul McCobb drop leaf dining table, in solid maple as shown! Great design, very simple, very much indicative of the minimalist designs that made him so famous. It measures 36" in depth, 23.25" wide with the leaves down, 56.25" wide with the leaves up and 29" in height.
It is in very good as-found condition. I can't tell what finish is on it, could be a waxed finish, it's a light satin / matte finish however. There are a few small areas worth pointing out, mainly a small area where 4 small holes were in it and filled at one point, where something had been attached to the table top (like a food mill or something like that, not uncommon in the 1950's.) Otherwise, please see the photographs for the exact condition and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
