MCM Extension Pole Floor Lamp. Tri-Lobed.

In the pictures, the total length is 96". The top piece is spring loaded. There may be other height adjustments as well. I was able to get 1 bulb to illuminate. Not sure if the other 2 bulbs are dead or not.

Consistent with age and use.
