An unusual sculpture and early work of well listed artist EDUARDO GOMEZ ROJAS. It is a one-of-a-kind abstract masterpiece, centering upon a surreal hunched figure with voids in his body [you can see through the sculpture]. SOLID BRONZE and MASSIVE, measuring 21" in length, 18" in depth, 13" in height, with a weight of 85 pounds [heavy!]. His body of work has transitioned over the years, and he now sculpts realistic subject matter and large commercial commissions/ landmarks, which sell for tens of thousands of dollars. This work is early in his career, when he did a series of abstract and grotesque figures, with exaggerated features. It is signed in base. This is one of one, not limited edition but a single piece sculpt. Condition is very good.
