The property is located on a quiet residential lane. Please be respectful of the neighbors and avoid blocking the lane and other driveways. There will be no parking in the driveway—best to park on the service road to the right of the property and walk up to pick-up area. If you are picking up a large or heavy item, please make us aware you have arrived and one of the NEST team will direct you and your moving help where to drive up and pick-up item(s). All pick-ups will be in front of the garage on the side of the house.

COVID PRECAUTIONS:
1. Masks are required and must be worn by all bidders picking up items
2. Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you and other bidders

*Please bring your own PACKING MATERIALS if picking up small or fragile items. There will be no packing materials on-site. Items can be fragile and you want to ensure they make it back to your house, intact, to enjoy :)

*Please bring enough + appropriate MOVING help if you are picking up large or heavy items. We do not have professional movers on-site. If you require a local mover, please contact us PRIOR to pick-up date and we will be happy to assist you with suggestions. Moving heavy or large items is the sole responsibility of the bidder, to be done within the allotted pick-up time window.

*We set up and arrange all items by winning bidder invoice before the pickup begins to ensure an easy pick-up experience.

*Please bring your own pen to sign invoice OR a signed copy of your invoice

*Please respect the designated pick-up times of Sunday, February 27, 10am - 2pm (please do not ask to come early, nor arrive late—we are unable to store or hold items past the published pickup times).

**If you cannot make the pickup, please send someone in your place, or do not bid since there will be no other date nor time to pick up.
NO EXCEPTIONS— ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING DESIGNATED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.
