We cannot make any exceptions for this particular auction as the owner has to have the house empty shortly after the auction ends.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets or any fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing material.

If you live locally & would like an item delivered, contact us before the auction ends and we can provide a delivery quote for you.
