Items from this sale MUST be picked up on listed date only and cannot be held or picked up early.
PICKUP DATE/TIME: SUNDAY, November 5th from 12:00PM -2:00PM - ONLY.
Items not picked up within this timeframe will be FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND unless separate shipping arrangements have been made PRIOR to the pickup date.

-Location is directly on ROUTE 5 IN NORTH HAVEN NEAR BOTH Interstate 91 and The Merritt Parkway
-Please have I.D. available to collect high value items and signed copy of your invoice.
-All items must be picked up during the set date/time or considered forfeit, sorry but we cannot store items.
-ITEMS NOT PICKED UP IN THE ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND
-Please bring your own packing materials, boxes and assistance if needed.

SHIPPING IS OFFERED AS A COURTESY AND IS A *SEPARATE *PAYPAL* TRANSACTION* coordinated directly with Auction Manager, Priority Estate Sales PRIOR TO PICK UP DATE. Fees CANNOT be combined with Auction Ninja/CHES invoicing.
There is a $5 handling fee added to shipping charges.
Shipping is NOT automatic, you must email us after auction ends and prior to pickup date to arrange/pay shipping fees.
