**We were not able to remove the items from the pallets therefore the condition, contents of boxes, and working condition of all items are Unknown and are sold in AS-IS condition! ** Winning bidders may choose what they want from the items they win in each lot. There will be a dumpster onsite for disposal of any items left behind. **A $50 DUMPSTER FEE WILL NEED TO BE PAID ON SITE** Mattresses and Box Springs are optional and may be left behind at the facility at no charge. The Pallets will be outside and ready for you load easily on pick up day. Please bring help to load heavy or large items and your own packing materials.
