This sofa is in very good shape, there is one seen that has a minor tear (back of cushion not visible ) and the is a small cut in the front however it is covered by the cushion and not easily visible. It is extremely comfortable!the long section measures 12’ 4” the smaller side measures 7’7” it is 37” deep 40” tall
