Item Description

This amazing piece stands atop a lazy susan (included) to allow her to spin 360 degrees. Actual bronze 30" tall. Star York moved to the southwest in l985 which provided a source of inspiration for her bronzes of the native people. She has become very well known for her native american pieces. Her pieces sell from $3,000 to $85,000. This piece depicts a mother gathering berries with her baby when she hears distant thunder and senses danger. The detail is breathtaking. This is a larger piece with amazing detail. A great addition for the new or seasoned collectors alike. Sells at this time in Sorrel Sky gallery for $18,000. Owner purchased in 2017.
