Table: 48"W x 66.25"L x 28.5"H. Shown here with one of the two 23.75" wide available leaves in place. Making the table in the photo 90"L. Can go to 113.75"W at maximum. Comes with folding table protectors for all surface areas including the extra leaves.
Two arm chairs: 27"W x 23"D x 39"H. seat: 18"H. Loose joints on one. One has a crack to the left arm near the back that makes the arm loose. Pop out seats for easy changing of the fabric and padding. Fabric is soiled and padding is flat.
Six matching side chairs: 21"W x 22"D x 37.5"H. Seat: 18"H. Two have loose joints. Pop out seats for easy changing of the fabric and padding. Fabric is soiled and padding is flat.
Two Additional NON MATCHING side chairs: 22"W x 22"D x 38"H. Seat: 18"H. Joint looseness on one chair. Orange tone velvet non-removable seats on these. Seat fabric is soiled.
Surface wear, scuffs, marks from use noted. Good overall used condition with notes above in mind.
Large heavy piece. Bring strong help to remove from the house.
