Please follow the prompts, all in CAPITAL letters, to the location. Specifics are detailed there. Important that it is read if shipping is required. SHIPPING payment is collected separate the invoice, via Paypal or check/money order only.
LOCATION- We are located BEHIND King's Acres Plaza on 85 State Street in North Haven, CT. Please follow the bright yellow and green sign around BACK. Another sign there. Separate commercial building. 4th door down, American Flag waving out front, silver SUV by the entrance. See you here!

1-shipping is a separate invoice. If you require shipping, simply call/contact us after auction close to make arrangements. Shipping payment is collected via PAYPAL or money order/check ONLY. We do not have Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle, and do NOT process the credit card on file. It is important that you contact us if shipping is needed. We do not know otherwise, because out-of-state buyers often pick their items up in person.
2- Shipping arrangements must be made and paid for within 6 days of auction close, by the day of pick-up, for this auction January 11, 2025. No exceptions. We are not a storage facility, so please honor the time period. Items not picked up are subject to being relinquished without refund. We want you to get your items, so please make contact.
3- Items too large to ship in-house [meaning too large for Heritage Legacy to personally ship] will state in the listing title NO SHIPPING or 3RD PARTY SHIPPING. We have several local shippers we recommend in this case, both reputable. They handle the bulk of 3rd party shipping requests for auction houses in the New Haven area. Please call us [or them directly] if the item falls into the 'No Shipping' category, for a quote. Our 2 recommendations:

They are honest and reputable shops, highly regarded. We also welcome a shipper of your choice.
***Please Note*** With 3rd party shippers, the items are picked up at our warehouse and inspected, and a waiver is signed by the receiving party/shipping company. Thereafter, it is between you and the shipper to ensure safe arrival. If the item[s] is damaged after the fact, we are not liable for damages. Both include full insurance and pack quite well. We have not had a single issue in this regard to date.
