Very large FREDERICK REMINGTON bronze sculpture, titled 'Trooper of the Plains'. Centers upon a Civil War cavalry soldier on horseback. The horse is galloping at full stride. Stands an impressive 21", by 23.5" in length. Weighs close to 50 pounds. Condition is very good, with no damage to the sculpture or verdite marble base.
