2 lots combined into one. the pennies on top of the lid was found in separate location of home but everything will be combined together for one lot. looks to be all steel pennies in the plastic rolls. Unsorted estate fresh. was only quickly sifted through to verify nothing other than wheat pennies were present in the lot.
