HINDI WEDDING PAINTING ON CLOTH: Vintage Framed Artwork, 23 inches by 28.5 inches, India Hindu Scene

This painting has a lot of damage on the lower portion. It must have been sitting in a few inches of water at some point in its history. Inside the glass you can clearly see fuzzy MOLD, water stains, and a lot of discoloration, all along the bottom. Also because of the moisture problem the gold flaked off the bottom of the frame. This art needs a lot of restoration.
