Item Description

A very well made early brass mortar and pestle. It's quite heavy, it weighs almost 5 pounds. The condition is very good and the mortar is 4 1/2" high by 5" in diameter at the top. The pestle is 9" long. There is an impressed mark "10" on the bottom of the mortar and "10" on the end of the pestle.
