Item Description

Handsome Large Desk and Ladder Chair With Rush Seat - Provides Much Space For Computer and Necessities. Desk has two front drawers with clam shell brass pulls and dovetail features. Each drawer is 21.50 inches wide. Seat has simple streamlined design. Rush in good condition; use as is or with a pillow of your choice. Overall nice pairing and desk is a nice statement piece due to size and overall design.

Dimensions:
Desk, 5 ft x 33.75 x 30.35 inches high;
Wood ladder chair with rush seat, 18.25 x 17.50 x 37 inches tall. Floor to seat is 18.25 inches high. Seat is 14.50 inches deep.

Notes: Patina loss, marks including burn marks top of desk - front left leg has veritical crack going down side. Right side drawer pull feels loose. Back left of desk surface has a couple deep scratches. See photos.

& SUNDAY 4/2/2023 from 12:00pm til 4:30pm. Sunday will be for Furniture & ( Smalls/ Mediums also if you prefer to come Sunday.)
NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

This Home has a 1-Lane driveway so we will be manning the Entrance and directing access the best we can for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience during the Pick Up days. The street the house is on does not allow for parking but we will show you the side street only 2 houses down where you can park in a cue and await the Driveway Attendant' s "Come Forward". If it is a small item you won- you can also walk from the nearby side street and be handed your winnings. The address will be given in your post auction Invoice.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items (ESPECIALLY LARGE FURNITURE) & please bring your own proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup- especially for china, porcelain figurines & glassware.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
