88"W x 39"D x 36"H. Seat: 19"H. Classic hobnail accents with pouf wooden feet. A good looking piece of furniture. Looks to be leather but may be synthetic. Does not say leather on any of the labels. In need of cleaning under the cushions. Debris and hairs possibly cat. Evidence of underside edge nibble to cushion shown in photo. Surface wear, soil, scuffs from use. Used condition. BRING STRONG HELP TO REMOVE FROM THE HOUSE AND LOAD.
