Franklin Mint Chinese Etchings By Zhang Shou-Cheng

Set of four etchings from the Franklin Mint featuring the art work of Zhang Shou-Cheng. The actual etching measures 7 1/4 x 4 1/8" and the entire piece measures 8 3/4 x 14 7/8" to the outside of the frame. According to the certification on the back these are original works of art created by Zhang Shou-Cheng. Further certification states the works are etchings in pure silver and 24 karat gold on fine burnished copper and that they are available exclusively by private invitation. Included as shown in the individual photos: The Crane of the Quiet Bamboo..1984 The Quail of the Golden Maple..1983 The Swallows of the Springtime Willow The Sparrows of the Peony Tree All plates are in very good condition. The mats and frames are in fair condition with wear and minor scratches. (AL)
