Item Description

Famed american Artist Tom Lovell (1909 – June 1997), artist proof titled "Shotgun Toll" limited edition of 500 prints. This piece was composed in 1976. Excellent color and framed in glass and nice frame. Large piece - heavy, 31.5" x 42.5" framed, 22" x 32" visible. Excellent gift for the Western Art enthusiast. Apologies for the shade of the tree. Lovell illustrated pulp magazines in the 1940s. Lovell: "I consider myself a storyteller with a brush. ... I am intent on producing paintings that relate to the human experience."
