I do not see any issues . .may or may not have a flaw or two . . . .this piece is a special one. . .a good friend of mine is actually a relative or Moissaye Marans. . . .he was very excited when I told he we had this piece. . .here is a brief history of this artist . . .lets take a closer look . . . . Moissaye Marans was born October 11th, 1902 – and died June 2nd, 1977 . . . was born in Kishinev, Russian Empire, he was an American sculptor. . .Marans immigrated in 1924 to New York City. . . . He was a member of the Federal Art Project . . . He taught at Brooklyn College . . .his sculpture Isaiah is located at the Community Church in New York City . . . His sculpture of Carl Linnaeus is located in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden . . . His work is held by the San Jose Museum of Art, and Smithsonian American Art Museum. His papers are held by Syracuse University and the Archives of American Art.

There is also a phenomenal collection of fine art including etchings and prints by Rembrandt, Goya, Whistler and many more . . .as well as many original oil paintings . . .the artwork was purchased mostly in the 1960's and 1970's and we have proper documentation and (if you can imagine) almost everything comes with the original receipts from the dealers they were purchased from (all reputable sellers) . . .we have a fabulous service for 12 of Wallace Grand Baroque Sterling Silver flatware and many serving pieces, …… fine China by Picard . . .crystal by Waterford . . .also of note we have a large, incredibly detailed, all steel scale model of a locomotive . . . and a painstakingly detailed model of St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow . . .ALL HAND CARVED . . . (hand made by the former resident) the list goes on and on . . . . .

We also have a NEAR MINT condition 2003 Buick Regal Sedan with 18,000 original miles - silver with gray leather - one owner - garaged from day one - runs,drives and looks 100% - perfect CarFax report - it's like buying car that 1-1/2" years old. . . will be listed in the next week or so.
