New York State flag with Flag Pole & Stand - A shield with a view of the Hudson River, a sun rising, and two ships. Liberty, A woman in blue with a red cape who holds a staff with a liberty cap. She steps on a crown to symbolize freedom from British rule. Justice, A blindfolded woman in orange who holds a sword and scales. She represents impartiality and the scales of justice. Eagle, A bald eagle with outstretched wings on top of a globe. The globe represents the combination of the new and old worlds in America, and the eagle represents the state's future. The Banner, A white banner with black text that reads “Excelsior E Pluribus Unum”. “Excelsior” means “higher” or “superior”. Excellent Condition.
