The Hess toy fire truck is from 1989. It has a dual sound siren, real head and tail lights, emergency flashers and a bank compartment.

This is part of a number of Hess (and one other maker) toy trucks in this auction. They were all purchased by the home owner when they were issued and kept unopened in the original boxes.
