Hello and Welcome to our latest Clearing House Auction, if you followed any of our vehicle auctions over the years, you will know that we specialize in finding and selling low mileage estate vehicles . . . .most are in fantastic condition, this vehicle is a bit of a departure from that, but there are several reasons I decided to auction it, overall it seems to be a great SUV

This is a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS, the current mileage is 193k, the mileage is pretty much all highway miles many trips to Florida and up to Cape Cod, the mileage is actually HALF the miles It should have on it for a 1999 (it has only been driven 7,700 miles per year) it has been garaged its entire life.

The owner is a 95 year old Doctor . . .(look at photos you will see photo of title showing birth date of 1929 (95 years old) in fact we have the original Connecticut title from 1999.

It has a perfect CarFax report, I have THOUSANDS dollars and receipts for maintenance that was done on the SUV over the years, loads of replaced parts (see photos 64-74) . .look at some of the invoice totals $1,309.58. . .$340.76. . .$1,672.20. . .$3,323.20. . .$1,118.20 . .$954.77 . . $1,184.90 . . . .and others

Due to the fact that it has been garaged, there is is really no rust on the body with virtually no rust on the undercarriage, please note there is paint fade and clearcoat fade on the hood and the roof, it’s not in terrible cosmetic condition, just to be completely honest it does look a bit better in the pictures that it does in person, that’s not to say this is an unattractive vehicle. I’m just being completely honest. you will find scrapes, scratches, dings, flaws, fade, peel, minor rust . . . .please see the photo of the invoice this suburban was over $40,000 in 1999 is a highly optioned model with CD / Leather / LOADS of power options, there are seat covers over the front seats.

As far as the basics they are all good, the motor (350 V8) runs fine, the suspension is fine and the transmission shifts great . . . as far as known issues, there is an exhaust leak that will need to be addressed, when I was evaluating the truck today the air conditioning blew ice cold but the fan comes on and off, its very possibly a loose connection or something. no noise from the suspension and again the transmission shifts perfectly, all of the windows work any of the options that I did test all seemed to work. there is clearcoat peel / issues on the alloy wheels
