Gold gilt framed lithograph on board by Georg Schöbel. Schöbel was an illustrator and painter who began his artistic career in 1884, he enrolled to study at the Berlin Academy of Arts, left after a short time and continued to study independently. Schöbel is known for his scenes from the life of Frederick the Great and historical depictions of war scenes at the western front.
