Framed lithograph by Edwin Lamasure depicting a scene of a small white cottage surrounded by trees, with a woman standing in the road as if to welcome someone, with the printed title "The Place I Long to Be" and signed E. Lamasure in the lower right.

Notes: This piece was framed in 1930 so at nearly 100 years old the matting in particular needs replacing. Artwork itself appears to be in good condition. Piece has not been inspected outside of frame.

*Items that are not picked up in the designated pickup date/times above will be considered forfeit without refund.
*Bidders are encouraged to email auction manager with their estimated arrival time for pickup if they have numerous or large items.
*Please bring wrapping materials and boxes if you have numerous pieces of glassware/ceramics; there will be some boxes and recycled wrapping onsite.
*PLEASE BRING MOVING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR FURNITURE (ie. if you will need a dolly, moving blanket etc.)
*Moving help is not available at pickup for furniture and large items. Unless you can move it yourself come with help. If you require the auction manager’s assistance with moving there is a cash fee. Auction manager is not a professional mover and reserves the right to decline help with moving or packing any items.

LIMITED SHIPPING -- SEPARATE TRANSACTION -- READ ALL:
Shipping is available for LIMITED ITEMS at bidder's expense. There is also a $10 handling fee for integrated shipping. Shipping must be arranged with the auction manager prior to bidding to approve that the item can be shipped. After the auction closes payment for shipping must be made to the Auction Manager directly via Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay or Zelle. Furniture and lots with numerous breakable items are not available for shipping.
