SOLD AS IS. YOU ARE BIDDING ON SWING SET ONLY NOTHING ELSE IN PHOTOS INCLUDED.
Three full play decks. Two clubhouses with canopies (one in need of replacement) The third clubhouse takes the place of a walkway and acts as an uncovered bridge between the two, tire swing or gym ring/trapeze bar combo. A 7′ high rock-climbing wall, 7′ closed spiral slide and 10 wave slide.
The buyer is responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. Pick up will be held rain of shine. There may be damage to item which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item. Items need to be disassembled for removal which is the responsibility of the buyer.
