We will combine shipping for multiple items purchased in this auction only and always ship in the smallest flat rate box possible to save on shipping fees.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND TOOLS TO MOVE LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS. We will have all large items removed from the home but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HELP WITH LOADING ITEMS!

Please do not be early; we use the time to bring every lot and item outside and organize your orders to be prepared for a smoother pick up process. If you do arrive early, please be understanding and wait in your vehicle.
