PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROCURE THE APPROPRIATE MOVERS. If you show up without the appropriate moving company and we determine that the item cannot safely be removed from the house, you will be denied entry and NO REFUND will be allotted. There will NO additional help at the location site. Please plan accordingly. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the time of the pickup. If you need power, please bring a portable generator.
