For select small items only; including jewelry, coins and other smaller, non-breakable items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service. Handling fees may apply. Rates are as follow: Padded Flat Rate Envelope ($10.90) Small Flat Rate Box ($10.70) Medium Flat Rate Box ($17.60) Large Flat Rate Box ($23.30). A $ 5.00 Service Charge is also applied.
