Item Description

This gentlemen used his utility room as a bit of a woodshop/workshop, there is a 10" Sears Craftsman Radial Arm Saw in there, a multifunction Shop Smith that does not have a plug, hand tools, and lots of other odds & ends. We haven't tried the power tools. The radial arm saw will have to be removed/moved in order to take out the Shopsmith. These are located in the finished basement, they have to go up a short flight of stairs and through a doorway into the garage to be taken out of the home. Come prepared, with sufficient help (they're heavy), as we will not be able to assist. This lot is a take what you want leave the rest scenario which excludes of course - The plumbing, the furnace, water softener, hot water heater, wiring or anything else that runs the house or is part of the house itself, only what's on the shelves, floor, etc.....

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and not included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction managers via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of notice of the shipping total (failure to pay shipping timely means you forfeit the purchase) Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day as these items will need to be removed from the location.
