An antique spool cabinet from Clark's ONT Spool Cotton featuring six drawers with red glass inserts. The Clark family built the first factory for making cotton thread for sewing in 1812; ONT stands for "Our New Thread." This cabinet is missing one drawer pull. Glass printing includes: George A. Clark; Sole Agent; Clark's; and On White Spools. The glass needs cleaning and only one panel is intact; the others are broken, cracked or missing entirely. There is finish loss to the top and sides. The Clark's logo is intact on the back side. Production date for this cabinet is estimated to be pre-1873 which is when George Clark died. Please see pics.
