Have a one-of-a-kind playdate for your child and up to 5 friends at Child’s Pose Yoga Studio! Child’s Pose is Fairfield County’s only kids’ yoga studio offering an explorative, restorative and imaginative safe space for kids to discover the connection between body, mind and breath. Named affectionately for one of the most accessible and restorative poses, Child’s Pose understands that kids aren’t just “little adults” and believes that their yoga practice should be as unique as they are.
Our classes are expertly curated by our founder Carly Walker who holds certifications in child yoga from Karma Kids in New York City and in Deep Play with Missy Brown. Carly balances her child-specific trainings with her own personal 20+ years of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour adult yoga training with Kaia Yoga.
