Item Description

c1900 Hand Painted Limoges ( I believe) Punch bowl w/ Stand. Great piece. The bowl and the base appear to have been painted by the same person, the Base and the bowl are not signed. The bowls measures 15 inches wide 5.5 inches tall.

The base is 8 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall. No cracks, chips, or restorations on either piece, very minimal wear to gilding, some expected wear on the part of the base that the bowl rests on. It was not uncommon for porcelain decorating studios to order from multiple companies and I feel these two pieces have been together for all of their lives. They were decorated sometime between 1891-1910.
