***Please note if your purchase exceeds $250 in value we require a picture of your photo ID and it must match name on file*** If you have a delivery service pick up your item they must have a picture of your ID and your Credit Card or it must be sent to me prior to pick up .
If you purchased more than 5 lots or large Items please text me with your name and items number the day before the pick up we will schedule a time for 7/13/2024 . It's greatly appreciated.
Please don't all come at 12:00pm , you may be waiting unnecessarily. Don't Come Earlier than 12:00 Pm . You will lose your winning item and be blacklisted from bidding in my future auctions !
Items not picked up within the allotted time frame are considered forfeited without refund.

It is now Clearing House Auctions policy that Items that you purchase from this auction must be physically put in your vehicle by you and your own assistant. We are not allowed by law to put anything in your vehicle .
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER ASSISTANCE , DO NOT BID.
Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, get out your tape measure at home for a size comparison . Use common sense . Can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure *before bidding.* Please keep in mind that we offer vintage and pre-owned items that can show signs of use including some surface scratches, dings and wear and all adjectives that represent a condition of a pre owned or used item . All Items are SOLD AS IS! Items noted as Untested are just that . Those too are purchased as is ,where is. I try my best to test but don't get to everything . Believe me when I say I don't want to sell or be sold electronic items that do not work . When in doubt - Don't Bid. Measurements of an item are approximate to within 2 inches . I will not be responsible for a mistake on any size of an item . I certainly will try and be as accurate as I can be with measurements . After pick up closes items cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We are restricted by contractual agreement with the Seller , The Town Ordinance of Scotch Plains, surrounding neighborhood residence and Clearing House. The purchased Items need to be in your vehicle by 4:00 pm on the pick up day . (YOU THE BUYER) are responsible to check you have collected all your purchased items and they meet with the criteria as stated in the auction description profile and that the content inside of any closed box is checked . I can not be responsible for items not received or any discussion of condition once the item(s) leave the premises or gets put in your vehicle . DO NOT BLOCK OR PULL IN TO ANYONES DRIVEWAY . IF IT'S A LARGE ITEM PLEASE CHECK IN AND THEN WE CAN HAVE YOU BACK /Pull IN TO HAVE YOU LOAD AND REMOVE ITEM . ALL invoices MUST be signed before you leave . NO Exceptions .Please understand these terms and do not ask for exceptions . I appreciate you all as buyers . I know some of these conditions and rules seem stern , but they are needed .
