Bernard Buffet "Notre Dame" Lithograph Signed Bernard Buffett 68. The actual Picture is 25.5" x 19". The Overall Measurement with Frame is 34" x 28". The frame has some minor worn paint and minor nicks which is consistent with age and use. The picture frame has a nailed back. Picture and Matting are in Excellent Condition.
