Item Description

Beautiful Vintage Signed J. Alphege Brewer Etching ~ 32" X 22". This Etching by early 20th century British artist James Alphege Brewer (1881-1946) depicts the Rheims Cathedral in France. This etching displays masterful etching work by Brewer, who was a well-known producer of color etchings and depicted English and European cathedrals prolifically throughout his career. Housed in a decorative, antiqued frame, this original etching is signed and titled at the bottom of the print by the artist. The tag on the bottom of the back is a clear indication this was framed in the early 1900's.
